English	How to use soil in eco-friendly products. Natural materials are increasingly recognized due to the problem of industrial waste. This new material is made by mixing sand with gelatin. The mix hardens in a mould without firing and returns to soil when no longer needed. A table and stool to be used by the sea in summer. After that it will return to nature in about 2 months. A flowerpot that contains soil and seeds and can be planted out directly. A box formed with a CNC machine. It is a first step of promoting soil in lifestyle products.
Native	本研究は焼成しない土素材を利用してプロダクトをデザインすることで、土素材のプロダクトの展開可能性を広めることを目的としている。産業廃棄物の問題により、自然と人に優しい素材が求められる今、本研究で制作した砂とゼラチンを混合してつくる新しい混合素材は、焼成しない加工方法でもコンクリートより高い強度を持ち、更に水と火で元の状態に戻すことが可能である為、今後のプロダクトや建築素材として高い可能性を持っている。1)BEACH PRODUCT:夏の約２ヶ月間海で使って、そのまま置いて置けば自然に還る、組み立て式のテーブルとスツール。2)SUNA POT:自然に還る特性を組み込んで、植木鉢ごと土に埋め込んで、苗替えを容易にする植木鉢。3)SUNA HAKO PRODUCT:高い強度を用いて、CNC機械で削り出してつくる箱。量産時の安定性や応用展開可能性がうまれ、今までライフスタイル製品としてあまり使われてこなかった土プロダクトの第一歩となるだろ。4)SUNA TILE:矩形にカット加工できる特性を活かして、レーザー加工機による表面装飾を行った内装用のタイル。この混合素材はゴミにならない、自然と人に優しいメリットを持っているため、短期間だけ使用するイベント関連のもの、簡易建築物や季節用品に用途を展開することで、大いにメリットがうまれる。土や木、石などの自然材料を効果的に利用して住み家をつくり、自然とバランス良く暮らしてきた古の先人たちのように、自然と共に暮らす理想的な暮らしが実現できるのである。
