English	The Polycon system consists of a discreet sensor which monitors and sends data to the smartphone app. The sensor uses a thin filament which inserts just below the skin while attached to the upper arm of the patient, and continuously monitors the patient's blood glucose level. All data is synced with the Polycon smartphone app which also uses the smartphone's camera to record food intake using image recognition technology. Polycon's AI then creates a custom profile to best determine optimal balance of food intake and exercise, to maintain healthy blood glucose levels.
