English	Circular partition creates security for customers who are more often than not vulnerable. Mirrors are on both sides of one piece of article, and acting as a center-point to create symmetric space. This particular section is designed to appeal to Japanese esthetics on interior design, known as "Shitsurai" originally referring to setting up furnishing and decorating them on the day of an honor ceremony, welcoming guests and holding a feast. Hair-salons offer space in which women come in to be reborn yet more beautifully in order to start a new self. Thus the space to serve for the objectives needs to be as precise and thought-through.
Native	完全予約制プライベートサロンの設計である。 本設計では、設計者がオーナーに対して感じた“明るく、軽やかで、爽やかな”イメージをそのままデザインに変換するように設計した。 加えて「ここなら自分の髪を任せられる。必ず綺麗にしてくれる。」といった安心感・信頼感に包まれるような空間となるよう心がけた。 白いキューブ空間に45mm角柱をリズミカルに配置して、待合スペース・カットブース・着付け兼子どもスペースを軽やかに仕切った。 円形に仕切られたブースは安心感や守られ感を生んだ。 ミラー什器は同じ角材を組んで背中合わせにしたミラーをフローティングした。 この空間自体は、このミラー什器を中心にして（円形ブースを含めて）シンメトリーになっており、安定感や安心感を生むとともに、日本人の持つ室礼への美意識に訴えかける効果をねらった。 カラーブース、コンサルティングテーブルも同様に角材を組んだ構成とした。 これらの角材に関しては塗装等の施しをせず、素地仕上げとした。素材そのままの手触りを感じてもらいながら、経年劣化ではなく「経年変化」で味わいが深まっていく時間を共に過ごしながら、末永く大切に使ってもらえることを願った。 ヘアサロンという空間は、女性が日常をリセットし、そして美しく生まれ変わって新しい自分を始めるための場所である。 その美しい瞬間を演出するに相応しい空間であるべきだと考えてデザインした。
