English	Starting at the period of architecture plan, the designer arranged reasonably the site, layout and energy conservation of the building as to meet the demand of low power consumption, high efficiency and low level of pollution. Simultaneously to exploit renewable resources at most and decline the use of non-renewable resources to the least. To be dedicated to the impact of the procedure of constructing on surroundings in context. To utilize new construction technology and technique in the project to excavate the value of the architecture itself at maximum,end up with the consequence of harmonious relation between human and nature.
Native	整体从“绿色”、“生态”、“未来”三个方向规划。从建筑规划开始，通过对建筑的选址、布局、绿色节能等方面进行合理的规划设计，从而到达能耗低、能效高、污染少，最大化开发利用可再生资源，尽量减少不可再生资源的使用。同时，在建筑过程中更加注重建筑活动对环境的影响，利用新的建筑技术和方法最大限度的挖掘建筑物自身的价值，从而达到人与自然和谐相处的目的。整体建筑造型以“鱼”为创意，采用覆土式建筑形式，整个建筑与周边环境融为一体，外观像一条纵身跃起的鱼儿。该建筑与周边环境充分融合，覆土式建筑形式可供市民从斜坡步行至艺术中心顶部休闲娱乐，且同时可观赏到珠海、澳门景观。建筑中心区域通过通透屋顶的处理，建立室内外的灰空间，从视觉上形成室内外一体景观，做到了室内、室外的充分结合。建筑周边结合园林绿化设计，通过水景过渡及雕塑、装置艺术品等的设置，增加艺术氛围，形成滨海、艺术、人文、自然的公共休憩场合。 通过采集屋面雨水和地面雨水统一到达地面雨水收集中心，经过雨水过滤再利用输送给其他用途，如卫生间用水、景观用水和植被灌溉建筑外墙体通过使用能够反射热量的低辐射玻璃，尽可能多的引进自然光，同时减少人造光源。建筑覆土式设计采用自然草坪，在一定程度上形成局域微气候，减少热岛效应、隔热保温，能够高效的促进室内外冷热空气的流动，降低室内温度到人体接受范围。首先考虑建筑外观以及建筑形态，在达到审美和功能性需求之后，把建筑的材料、造型语汇延伸到室内，并把自然光及风景引进室内，将室内各个楼层紧密联系，人文环境相互律动.
