English	TIST created a story on oriental ideas integrating nature and mankind. Show windows lead natural inflow by raising interest of customers and the lobby photo zone contributes to user experience allowing customers to become a part of the story through participation and experience. We analyzed the customer flow to create mystique of 'Let's feel, Romantic Fall' in the open space and utilized animation on digital media, graphic walls, and banners in contact points to extend the story over the mall. The project, connecting the diversity of conflicting brands and images, was a romantic attempt transforming a commercial space to the imaginary space.
Native	롯데월드몰의 가을 시즌 디자인은 개점 2주년을 기념하며, 초고층빌딩으로 동양의 랜드마크인 롯데월드타워의 그랜드 오프닝을 앞두고 있어 더욱 특별하게 준비되었다. TIST는 자연과 인간을 하나로 이해하는 융합적 성격을 가진 동양사상에 뿌리를 두고 아름다운 동화와 같은 이야기를 기획하였다. 개성 있는 캐릭터들과 함께하는 아름다운 가을 숲과 호수가 펼쳐진 가을 페스티벌은 보는 사람들을 환상적인 상상의 나라로 안내한다. 다양한 공간의 특성을 활용하여, 신(scene)으로 나누어진 스토리 쇼윈도는 고객의 관심도를 높여 자연스러운 유입을 유도하고, 스토리를 현실로 확장시킨 로비 포토존 등 연출공간은 자유로운 참여와 체험이 가능하여 고객이 이야기의 일부분이 되는 사용자 경험(user experience)을 높이는데 기여하였다. 넓은 공간에 ‘Let’s feel, Romantic Fall’의 신비로움을 연계성 있게 연출하기 위해 고객의 흐름을 분석하고, 중요 접점에는 디지털미디어의 애니메이션, 그래픽 월과 배너를 활용하여 롯데월드몰 전체에 스토리가 확장되도록 하였다. 수많은 브랜드와 이미지가 충돌하는 컴플렉스몰의 다양성을 하나의 스토리로 연결하는 이번 프로젝트는 상업공간을 고객중심의 상상공간으로 변화시키는 Romantic한 시도가 되었다
