THE H All Life-care House by Hyundai Engineering & Construction is an innovative residential model that merges K-design and wellness technology to promote a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. Inspired by traditional Hanok, the design features creative spatial solutions such as pocket terraces, Numaru-style balconies, and adaptable furniture that maximize spatial flexibility and enrich daily experiences. The project is also celebrated for its technological advancements, including an MOU with a global leader for the development of AI healthcare solutions and the integration of the Car-to-Home service, jointly developed with Hyundai Motor Group.

'디에이치 올라이프케어 하우스'는 현대건설이 선보이는 미래형 주거 모델로, K-디자인과 웰니스 기술의 융합을 통해 건강하고 지속 가능한 삶을 위한 솔루션을 제시합니다. 한옥에서 영감을 받은 포켓 테라스, 누마루와 담, 가변형 가구 등 창의적인 공간 솔루션은 공간 활용의 유연성을 극대화하며, 정서적 풍요로움을 더하는 다채로운 공간 경험을 제공합니다. 기술적으로는 AI 헬스케어 플랫폼 개발을 위해 글로벌 선도 기업인 미국 써모피셔사이언티픽과 MOU를 체결하고, 실내 공기질 개선을 위해 NASA의 광플라즈마 기술을 세계 최초로 주거 공간에 적용했습니다. 또한 현대자동차그룹과 협업을 통해 개발한 Car-to-Home 서비스를 접목하며 혁신성을 인정받고 있습니다. 환경적 지속 가능성에도 주목한 현대건설은 DJSI World 1위 건설 기업으로서, 공동개발한 유해물질 흡착벽지 등 기능성 마감재의 적용과 친환경 제품 디스플레이를 통해 방문객이 자연스럽게 지속 가능한 라이프스타일을 체험할 수 있도록 유도합니다. C.M.F 디자인부터 향, 음악, 무드에 이르기까지 세심하게 디자인된 이곳에서 현대건설이 제안하는 탁월한 미래 주거 공간을 경험해 보시기 바랍니다.
