This parking building is a dedicated facility designed for the employees and visitors of a non-ferrous metal production company, with durability in mind to withstand dust and various air pollutants surrounding the factory area. To reduce maintenance costs, durable materials such as concrete, stainless steel, and glass were used to ensure long-term stability. In particular, the curved glass applied to the building’s facade introduces a visual distortion effect to break away from the bleak industrial landscape. This minimizes the reflection of factory images on the glass and creatively reconstructs the surroundings, producing a unique exterior.

이 주차 빌딩은 제조 기업의 직원과 방문객을 위해 설계된 전용 주차 시설로, 공장 주변의 먼지와 각종 대기 오염 물질을 견딜 수 있는 내구성을 염두에 두고 설계하였습니다. 유지보수 비용을 절감하기 위해 콘크리트, 스테인리스, 유리 등 내구성이 뛰어난 소재를 사용해 장기적인 안정성을 확보했습니다. 특히 건물 외관에 적용된 곡면 유리는 주변 삭막한 공장지대 경관에서 벗어나기 위해 시각적 왜곡 효과를 표현하였습니다. 이를 통해 유리에 공장 이미지가 반사되는 것을 최소화하고 주변을 창의적으로 재구성하여 독특한 외관을 연출합니다. 주기율표에서 영감을 받은 사각형 패턴은 각각 다양한 모양의 창문으로 구성되어 광물 추출의 다양한 방법을 은유적으로 표현합니다. 각 창문 디자인은 이러한 다양성을 추상적으로 반영하였습니다. 또한 1층에는 V자형 기둥을 배치하여 공중에 떠 있는 건물의 느낌을 주는 시각적 효과를 연출합니다. 양쪽 코어의 마감은 나무 톤으로 되어 있어 양쪽에 건물을 지탱하는 나무 기둥의 느낌을 강조합니다.
