Healthy Pleasure Park (H-Park) is an eco-friendly theme park that integrates health, leisure, and play in residential spaces. The exterior space of a conventional apartment building is created by scattering spaces with a single purpose. For example, the playground is separated from the rest area, so parents who bring their children to the playground have to go to the rest area after play to experience rest. H-Park intertwines all these spaces into a single complex. It is also a park within a park that responds to climate change by applying elements that bring nature close to the park, such as misting, plantings, and glass windows.

Healthy Pleasure Park (H-Park)는 2,703세대의 대규모 주거 공간에서 건강, 여가, 놀이를 통합하여 즐길 수 있는 자연친화적 복합테마공원입니다. 기존 공동주택의 외부공간은 단일한 목적의 공간들이 흩뿌려져 조성됩니다. 예를 들면 놀이터가 휴게공간과 분리되어 있어 부모가 쉬려면 아이의 놀이 후에 휴게공간으로 가서 쉬어야 하는 불편함이 있습니다. H-Park는 이 모든 공간을 엮어 하나의 복합공간으로 만들었습니다. 넓은 단지의 특성상 이용 공간이 멀리 떨어져 있으면 이용성과 삶의 질이 저하될 수 있습니다. 이에 따라 단지 내에 빅 스케일의 복합공원인 H-Park를 각각 조성하고 이를 하나의 트랙으로 연결하여, 공간의 이용성과 흥미를 유도하고 내 집 앞에서 즐기는 여가의 질을 향상시켰습니다. 또한 단지 내 공원의 역할을 수행하기 위해 미스트, 식재, 다채로운 유리창, 수경시설 등 자연을 가까이에서 느낄 수 있는 요소를 적용하여 계절과 시간의 다채로움을 더했습니다. 미스트, 수경시설을 통해 미세먼지 저감 및 폭염시 더위 완화를 수행하는 기후변화 대응형 공간이기도 합니다.
