The Garden Group, a company focused on leisure and amusement (including pachinko halls), designed its headquarters to embody its vision. The exterior features a through-passage guiding pedestrian flow and a glass-ingot-inspired office volume conveying levitation and futurism. The building includes setback gardens for harmony, while the interior emphasizes coexistence with greenery through a full-height green wall visually connecting to lush upper terraces. Artworks by world-renowned artists are integrated, creating a space fostering creativity and inspiration, enhancing the company’s identity and visitors’ and employees’ experiences.

建築主のガーデングループは総合レジャー・アミューズメント（パチンコホール）の経営を主体とする企業であり、この新本社ビルの設計とワークプレイスの構築において、ガーデングループの世界感を可視化する事を意図した。外観は足元に周辺街区からの人の流れを誘発する貫通通路を計画し、その上部にはガラスのインゴットをモチーフとしたオフィスボリュームを浮遊させ、未来への更なる進化を予感させるデザインとした。インテリアのワークプレイス設計においては2つのテーマを設定した。一つ目は社名のガーデン（庭）を可視化する要素として「緑」との共生である。エントランスホールの正面をフルハイトの緑化壁とし、来訪者に企業アイデンティティを感じてもらえる空間とした。新本社ビルは三方の道路境界からセットバックし、来街者への憩いの庭（ガーデン）を計画しているのが特徴で、各アプローチに対する外壁や外構にもアイストップとなる緑化壁を設けている。これらの建築要素と連動し、インテリアにおいても視覚的に緑を繋ぎ、上層階の緑豊かなテラス空間（庭）へと誘う事を狙いとした。　2つ目のテーマはアート作品との共生である。オフィスには李禹煥やJIM DINEといった世界的芸術家によるアート作品が随所に配置されており、来訪者や社員に特別な体験を提供している。通常のオフィス業務とは関係無さそうなアート作品と共生することで、感性が磨かれ、インスピレーションが心を豊かにし、その結果通常業務に新たな価値を生み出すきっかけになる事を意図している。
