English	Built in a high-end and luxurious area, the unit is embraced by the signature sea view of the Victoria Harbor. Inspired by this elegant image, the designer acted as a gown tailor and transformed this unit of high value into a beauty wearing an evening gown by using materials such as gold leaves in champagne gold color, figured maple in grey-wooden tone and granite with unique vein lines to provide a one-and-only design to the owner. One of the highlight*s in the design was the implementation of the Smart living System, which provides all-in-one control of the electrical devices, brought daily convenience to the owner.
Native	被譽為「亞洲樓王」的天匯，坐擁醉人的維港景色。設計師靈感啟發自這個優雅的形象，從而化身成一位晚裝裁縫師，以香檳金手造金箔、配上特別調製的灰木色楓影木及紋路獨特的雲石等精美物料，塑造出一種低調奢華的感覺。為了呈現其獨特的設計，大多數使用了手工製作或訂制的材料，將單位細緻雕琢，打造成一襲雍容華貴的晚禮服。為了繪畫出一個最適合客人的平面圖和3D效果圖，在設計之前，設計師必須對客人的個人偏好、生活習慣和生活方式進行詳細現場視察和訪談。客人家中的時尚雜誌也是本次設計的主題－晚禮服的靈感來源之一。在不同的供應商的幫助下，設計師收集了來自不同地方的材料進行比較，也走訪了幾個地方旅行，最後找到最適合花崗岩的設計。本項目使用的獨特稀有材料必須小心處理，裝修難度也很高。如果來自伊朗其中一塊選定的花崗岩被破壞，則必須更換整個批次的材料，以保持靜脈線的一致性。有關設計格外方面，為了充分利用空間，以及平衡房間比例，設計師將主浴室和衣帽間進行了重組，提高了整體的寬敞性。值得一提的是主浴室中可切換智能玻璃的設計，以保持隱私之餘，同時也增強了主臥室的寬敞，成為了單位中一個出色的點綴。另外，該設計的亮點之一是在這個2,476平方呎的單位實施了一個智能生活系統。透過引入先進技術，在保持了傳統的居住功能的基礎上，擺脫了被動模式，提供電器空調設備一體化控制，業主不但可以享受科技所帶來日常便利，更可進一步提升生活的品味。
