English	Gaepo Oreum is an existing park within the residential complex. In the 1990s, a community revitalization program was launched to improve the park to provide a rest place for local residents. The project aims to regenerate the park by creating a green corridor linking stream to mountain meanwhile providing a memorable iconic destination for the residents. It further seeks to integrate nature-inspired and place-based interventions that restore and strengthen ecological flows. The park's extensive, stylized design explores and plays with the relation between built elements and multifaceted potential of urban green spaces.
Native	개포오름은 단지 내 존재하던 오름공원으로 1980년대 개포 주민들의 노력으로 산림청에서 산림공원으로 조성되었고, 1990년대 경관 조성을 위한 공사가 이루어지면서 주민들의 쉼터로 활용할 수 있는 공원으로 거듭나게 되었다. 이러한 오름공원을 활용하여 양재천-근린공원-대모산으로 이어지는 생태계와 기존 아파트 단지로 단절된 식생경관을 연결하는 역할을 하며, 주민들의 추억 공간으로 활용된다. 이를 통해 장소성을 회복하고 지속 가능한 생태계를 유지하고자 한다. 완만한 산책로와 기존 식생을 도입하여 자연환경과 함께하는 삶의 모습을 강화하고, 대모산과 양재천을 잇는 통경축을 따라 물의 흐름 및 지형을 유기적인 선형과 다양한 층으로 연계한 조형폰드와 가벽으로 조성하여 자연의 흐름을 상징적으로 표현한다. 이를 통해 이 곳은 자연과 현대 디자인의 조화를 상징하며, 단지의 정체성을 표현하는데 기여한다.
