The "CA002 series" has a unique structure that opens from the bottom to the top, making it possible to immediately remove items from the bottom of the bag. When the zippers are fully opened, the gusseted opening is more than 1 meter wide, providing unprecedented ease of access and visibility. The two interior zippers are the cornerstone of the unique structure and serve to prevent the luggage and bottom from falling out. The bag has many features: back opening, sub storage, PC storage, back storage, curved back design, self-supporting, safety lock, water repellency, and the back opening allows access to the top luggage.

縦に開くバックパックは以前から存在しますが、ほとんどが従来通りに上から下へ開くものでした。これらのバックパックでは荷物を満載した状態から底にある荷物を取り出す場合には、上に重なるその他の荷物を全て取り出す必要があります。そしてファスナーを全開にしてもマチ幅の無いスリットのような開口部となり荷物の出し入れや視認性にも問題がありました。そこで『CA002 series』では下から上へ開く独自構造を考案し、底の荷物を直ぐに取り出す事を可能としました。この独自構造によってファスナー全開時には1メートル以上のマチ幅のある開口部となり、従来では不可能だった取り出し易さと視認性を実現しています。内側に設けられた２つのファスナーは独自構造の要であり、上記の開口部をつくり出すと共に荷物と底面の脱落を防ぐ役割も担っています。これらに加えて、背面開口部・サブ収納・PC収納・背面収納・背面の曲線設計・自立・セーフティロック・弱撥水性と多くの機能を有しています。背面開口部からはバックパック上部の荷物を取り出すことができ、様々な使い方に対応しています。問題解決を図る中で必然的に生まれた特徴的なフォルムは多くの機能と共に、多様な働き方、活動を行う人々を支え、美観の点でも満足させ得ると考えています。
