The Wind Library Garden is located in front of the children’s library, expanding the library’s function into the outdoors and creating a place where all generations can enjoy and communicate. To take advantage of this view, an outdoor Duplex Book Café has been created. Circular benches on the first floor allow visitors to enjoy the scenery, and Rest facilities on the second floor provide an open, panoramic view. A pedestrian deck is laid alongside the Urban Ventilation Corridor and the stream. In addition, a child-reading sculpture, created in collaboration with an artist, brings moments of delight as people discover it while walking.
