‘Butak-Care’ provides emotional and health care services at the same time as providing a variety of services that can make the working environment more convenient for caregivers. It provides services that are largely divided into working hours and after work, and provides work environment improvement services that focus on caring for the elderly during work. After work, it provides services for caregivers who can take care of their emotions and health These services can help caregivers who have been alienated from society about their overall lives from the start of work to the end of the day.

‘부탁케어’는 요양사의 근무 환경을 더욱 편리하게 할 수 있는 여러 가지 서비스를 제공하고, 감정 및 건강 케어가 가능하도록 합니다. 스마트폰과 크로스플랫폼인 스마트 워치를 사용해 노인 케어와 긴급 상황에 응급실 호출이 가능하며, 노인분들의 보호자들과도 소통이 빠르게 가능합니다.케어하는 노인 별 복용하는 약의 종류와 케어 시 주의 사항 등의 중요한 정보가 담긴 프로필을 확인하고, 열감지센서와 도어락 알림을 통한 원격 케어를 통해 근무 이후에도 노인을 케어할 수 있습니다.노인 케어 뿐만 아니라 요양사의 케어를 위해 감정과 건강 상태를 기록하고, 이에 따른 맞춤형 컨텐츠를 제공합니다. 또한, 직업 인증을 통한 커뮤니티 공간의 제공으로 그들끼리의 공감과 위로의 네트워크가 가능하도록 했습니다. 요양사를 위한 다양한 서비스를 제공함으로써, 사회로부터 부당 대우를 받았던 요양사들에게 근무 시작부터 하루를 마무리하기까지의 전반적인 하루를 도와줄 수 있도록 합니다.
