AWBMM is a simple equipment to help farmers to make biochar from agricultural waste by themselves. The waste branches are crushed by machine, and then enter into the hollow carbonization furnace for convective heating and carbonization, and the particles produced are intercepted by gravity settling and ceramic composite filter. After the biochar is produced, it can be mixed with fertilizers and soil and sprayed on the fields to improve the soil quality, assisting farmers in handling agricultural wastes and creating a business model for carbon trading, achieving an effective recycling system and enhancing the willingness of farmers to use it. |

農業廢棄物生物炭製造機(Agricultural Waste Biochar Making Machine)是款幫助農民自行將農業廢棄物製成生物炭的簡易設備。可先將廢棄枝幹透過機器進行破碎,在進入中通碳化爐對流均勻加熱碳化,可幫助提升產物品質,下方以錐形幫助副產物生物油流至燃燒室,作為燃料使用;而燃燒所產生的微粒、揮發氣體,透過複合化過濾裝置透過重力降塵與陶瓷過濾將微粒進行攔截,壓入水中。在生物炭製成後可與肥料、土壤混和,噴灑在田地上改善土質,協助農民處理農業廢棄物,並與創造碳交易商業模式,達到有效的循環系統,提升農民使用意願。可大幅降低露天燃燒稻草產生的空汙問題,進而減少附近民眾微粒的吸入,提升在地居民生活品質。 |
