English	We considered “people-oriented” as the main principle of design and detailing in comfort. By tearing down the wall between the living room and the reading nook, it was free to have the family’s interaction in the bright open-planning public space. Differing from a large footprint or a grand lobby, we arranged a set of double-sided sectional sofas to provide a spacious sitting zone and implemented a dignified ambiance. In addition, the project adopted plenty of green label certified building materials, the healthy and stylish living space accentuated the collaboration between architecture and Eco-friendly methods.
Native	本案以柔和的米白色為襯底，細膩鏝抹上同色系塗料，為素淨壁面增添細緻紋理，接壤的石材立面、地坪除了延續雅緻肌理，也為公領域鍍上一層低調的光澤，與散發時尚風範的金屬、鏡面相互輝映，共組華而不奢的高雅風範，打造至善至美的精緻住宅，令居者感受蘊含其中的用心與貼心。 全室以「圓」為主要的設計語彙，透過圓弧曲線過渡梁柱、壁面、窗框及櫃體邊角，為空間注入一股柔和的流動感，搭佐曲弧軟裝與燈飾，使人倍感舒適、療癒，拉近業主與家宅的距離，令生活的溫度充斥其中。 本場燈光配置除了嵌燈，也於立面、櫃體間運用大量間接照明、線燈、燈帶等，營造均勻、柔和的視感之餘，也襯托出不同建材的光彩，而柔潤的暖黃光暈則可為業主日常需求、情境、心情增添些許浪漫情懷及儀式感。
