| English | Currently in the IT era, there is a growing interest in coding education. Accordingly, we began to think of different way in which people can easily access coding. Our idea is to create a Korean 3D smart module block which comprises the principles of the Korean language and that of coding. ZAMO is the world’s first Korean coding block and consists of the Korean consonant ‘ZA-EUM’ and vowel ‘MO-EUM’. Each block is applied with a coding-enabled Arduino. When blocks combine to form a word, it reads the word and a well-matched LED light flashes. ZAMO is the ultimate solution that will support Korean education and coding education simultaneously. |
| Native | IT 시대가 정착한 현재, 대중들은 코딩 교육에 관심을 많이 가지고 있습니다. 앞으로 더욱더 발전할 IT 시대의 인재를 육성하고 IT 관련 교육 시설이 늘어 날 것으로 예측됩니다. 하지만 아직은 생소한 코딩에 대해서 대중들에게 쉽게 다가 갈 수 있는 방안을 생각해봤습니다. 한글의 과학적인 창제 원리와 아두이노 코딩 방식을 융합하여 한글과 코딩을 동시에 배울 수 있도록 3D 모듈형 스마트 블록을 연구 개발하였습니다. “ZAMO”는 최소의 자음과 모음을 조합하면 완성된 글자를 읽는 소리와 글자와 어울리는 LED 불빛이 나오도록 디자인을 적용한 세계 최초 한글 코딩 블록입니다. 한글의 창제원리를 “연결과 조화”라는 의미를 담아 모듈방식으로 재해석하여 코딩이 가능한 아두이노 보드를 탑재한 3D블록을 조합하여 한글 교육 및 코딩 교육을 동시에 가능하도록 설계하였습니다. 또한 모듈 결합을 위해 사용된 미니 자석과 연결단자를 로고와 외형 아이덴티티 디자인으로 개발하여 모던하게 제작되어 교구재 외에 무드등으로 활용하여 인테리어 디자인에도 사용 할 수 있습니다. |
