English	<station NEO> is a leading co-working office incubating deep tech startups in South Korea. Our goal is to create a space enables flexible communication and synergy effect between tripartite; station NEO, startups and supporter. To enhance interaction frequencies between users, we located several courtyards that aligned along a vertical axis to the rooftop. Also, we set each small pocket spaces to meet more than two sides to communal space so people can enjoy abundant sunlight while working. And we tried to present future-oriented atmosphere by flowing around freely among the box-shaped spaces which could be seen in a different dimension.
Native	스테이션니오는 초기 딥테크 기업을 인큐베이팅 목적의 일환으로 기획된 한국의 선도적인 공유 오피스이다. Archi@Mosphere는 스테이션니오, 서포터, 스타트업, 삼자 구성 간의 원활한 소통과 시너지를 만들어 낼 공간 설계를 목표로 하였다. 이를 위해 무분별하게 copy & paste된 여타 일반적인 공유 오피스의 프로토타입을 벗어난 지역적 정서를 담는 새로운 형식 제시와 구성원의 공감각적 접촉이 활발해질 수 있는 환경 조성을 설계 단계에서 가장 중요시하였다. 공유 오피스 내 공공 공간을 소규모의 공간 중첩 연결하여 동선 공간과 소통 공간으로 활용함으로써 데드스페이스를 최소화하고 한국인의 성향을 담아냈다. 구성원들 간의 직,간접적 접촉 빈도를 넓히기 위해 2개 층과 옥상으로 연결된 수직적 축의 중정을 공간 곳곳에 배치했다. 또한 개별 오피스 간 공유 공간 대면 공간을 2면 이상 확보함으로써 공간 전체에 풍부한 자연광을 즐기며 직간접적인 접촉을 이뤄낼 수 있는 구조적 환경을 얻는 데도 성공하였다. 딥테크 스타트업 기업을 위한 공간 스타일을 위해 경량 구조 시스템의 구조미를 자연스럽게 드러내어 미래 지향적인 공간 분위기를 연출했다. 이런 공간적 반전을 맞닥뜨린 후에는 다양한 볼륨의 박스들이 공간들 사이로 자유롭게 유영하는 것 같은 느낌이 감지된다.
