English	The Jinju Silk Lab is a brand that integrates 52 silk brands which are belonging to the KOSRI. The KOSRI needed to develop a new integrated brand so that they can effectively manage numerous brands. Jinju has been famous for producing high quality silk since long ago and at the same time it is one of the world’s fifth largest silk-producing areas. For graphic motif, shuttle of weaving is used to express the history of silk. The weaving shuttle moves from side to side on the loom and acts as a needle to weave the fabric. The visual identity that utilized the movement of shuttle of weaving is applied to various applications.
Native	더진주랩은 한국실크연구원에 소속된 52가지의 실크브랜드를 묶는 통합 브랜드입니다. 그들은 여러 브랜드의 효과적인 관리를 위해 새로운 통합브랜드 개발이 필요했습니다. 진주는 예로부터 품질이 뛰어난 실크를 생산하는 지역으로 유명하며 세계5대 실크 생산지이기도 합니다. 실크의 역사성을 나타내기 위해 베틀에서 사용되던 베틀북을 그래픽 모티브로 활용하였습니다. 베틀북은 직물을 짜는데 바늘과 같은 역할로 베틀 위에서 좌우로 움직이는 것이 특징입니다. 이러한 베틀북이 움직이는 모습을 활용하여 시각아이덴티티를 다양한 어플리케이션에 적용하였습니다.
