English	NEXEN is striving to be among the top 10 tire companies globally, but many people are unaware of NEXEN's potential value and efforts to tire and the economic growth of Korea. ‘NEXERA’ aims to show its unknown achievements and efforts via an infographic through design philosophy 'Ultimate Sensual, Timeless Movement'. It used accumulated bedding as a metaphor to represent NEXEN’s history. We divided 119 records from 1942 to 2022 into quarterly strata and used vertical bedding patterns to symbolize NEXEN’s potential. This is linked to experiential UX allows users to print a timeline record, enhancing interest and knowledge about NEXEN’s history.
Native	넥센은 1942년 흥아고무공업으로 시작해 한국 최초로 타이어 생산을 개시했습니다. 넥센은 연간 4500만개(2023년 기준)의 타이어를 생산하며 세계 10위권의 타이어 회사로 자리잡기 위해 성장을 도모하고 있습니다. 그러나, 대다수의 사람들은 타이어 생산 및 한국의 경제 성장에 이바지하는 넥센의 잠재적 가치와 노력에 대해 알지 못했습니다. 이에 넥센이 쌓아올린 업적을 디자인 철학 ‘Ultimate Sensual, Timeless Movement’를 반영하여 인포그래픽 프로젝트 ‘NEXERA’로 설명하고자 합니다. NEXERA는 넥센의 역사가 축적되고, 미래를 만들어간다는 의미로 바위의 층리를 메타포로 설정했습니다. 1942년부터 2022년까지 넥센이 만들어 온 119개의 기록을 분기별 3개의 지층으로 나누고, 수직 층리 패턴을 활용하여 앞으로 나아가는 넥센의 무한한 가능성을 표현했습니다. 더불어 정적인 그래픽을 넘어 동적인 체험으로써의 인포그래픽으로도 연계하였습니다. 특히 연표기록지를 뽑을 수 있는 체험형 UX 콘텐츠로 연결하여, 단순 감상을 넘어 넥센의 역사에 관한 흥미와 관심을 높일 수 있다는 이점이 있습니다. 이를 통해 글로 전달되기 어려운 넥센의 총체적인 감각과 생명력을 가시화함으로써 유·무형적인 기업 이미지 형성에 이바지할 수 있습니다.
