While this wheelchair's seat and backrest can rotate and transform, so when the wheelchair users need to get up, they can draw and press the stretching rod under the seat, and then the seat and backrest will rotate together, the seat will rotate until the seat were pushed to position where the paramedics can carry the patient on their back, the paramedics can carry the patients easily.
Native	轮椅是腿部残疾或者肢体受伤人群必备的重要行动工具，它可以作为这类特殊人群肢体的延伸帮助他们获得更大的活动自由，实现与常人基本一样的生活。但现有轮椅在实际使用中仍然存在很多不便之处，例如轮椅上的人要起身或者离开轮椅时，就缺少必要的向上推举的支撑外力，给辅助人员带来很大困扰，助推轮椅可以通过其特殊的结构轻松解决这个问题。该轮椅的座面和靠背可以转动变形，当轮椅上的人需要起身时，拉伸并踩压座位下的拉伸杆，座面和靠背一起转动，座面向上转动35度左右倾角，直至把座椅上的病人推送到可以之家趴伏在辅助人员肩背上的位置，辅助人员可以轻松将病人背离座椅，反之亦然。这个简单的结构对病人和辅助人员都能起到很好的帮助，简单、轻松、舒适、实用。
