English	BIGKIT is an onboarding kit provided to those newly employed by ‘Bigpicture Interactive.’ The kit was designed to embody the keyword ‘BIG’ which represents the identity of Bigpicture Interactive. The concept behind the design is that the six small kits assemble to form one BIGKIT. Obliqueness, the main graphic motif to represent infinite expandability, was used in not only the font or typography but the overall design including structural packaging. The kit was designed to give new members a good first impression of the company, to clearly deliver the mission of the company, and to allow for quick adaptation to the company environment.
Native	BIGKIT는 ‘빅픽처인터렉티브’의 새로운 구성원에게 제공하는 온보딩 키트 입니다. 빅픽처는 큰 그림을 그려 현실로 만들어 내는 사람들이 모인 이스포츠 회사이며, 그 의미를 담기위해 ‘BIG’이라는 일관된 단어를 활용하여 ‘BIGKIT’로 네이밍 하였습니다. ‘큰 그림을 그린다’는 아이덴티티를 나타내기 위해 무한히 뻗어나가는 확장성을 의미하는 사선그래픽을 모티브로 활용하였습니다. 컨셉은 작은 6개의 키트들이 모여 하나의 빅키트를 이루어낸다는 것으로, 각각의 키트가 모여 빅키트를 이루듯 개개인의 구성원들이 모여 빅픽처를 이룬다는 의미를 담고 있습니다. 빅키트를 담고 있는 패키지는 일반적인 사각형의 박스형태가 아닌, 그래픽 모티브인 사선을 활용하여 서로 다른 형태와 크기의 지기구조로 제작하였으며 키트의 중심에는 빅픽처의 심볼마크 형태의 패키지를 배치하였습니다. 패키지의 전면에는 빅픽처의 구성원이 가져야할 태도 및 비전을 문구로 작성하고 각각의 구성품이 가진 성질과 연결시켰습니다. 또한, 패키지는 한 번 쓰고 버려지는 것이 아닌, 지속가능성을 고려하여 빅픽처만의 온보딩 프로그램에 활용할 수 있도록 설계했습니다. 이를 통해 새로운 구성원에게 기업의 가치와 비전을 전달하며, 회사 생활에 필요한 구성품을 통해 회사에 빠르게 적응할 수 있도록 합니다.
