English	We wanted to enable clients to get skilled counseling in a safer setting. Seotunsaram means someone who is not familiar or skilled yet. Our slogan, 'Everyone Starts clumsy', is a message of hope and comfort. We tried to convey warmth and give the right direction for counseling. There are two characters in Seotunsaram. 'Seotun' is a counsellee who lost and wandering. 'Gobukki' is a slow but reliable counselor who accompanies him to the end. In addition, the warm paper texture, lyrical navy blue of the night sky, and hand-drawn icons make up our service. This is simple, but valuable work.
Native	‘서툰사람’은 사람들에게 양질의 상담을 소개해주고 싶은 마음에서 출발했습니다. 한국의 심리 상담 인프라에는 두 가지 취약점이 있습니다. 하나는, 자격이 없어도 누구나 상담소를 운영할 수 있다는 것이고, 다른 하나는 대중이 상담에 대해 부정적 인식을 갖고 있다는 것입니다. 많은 사람들이 심리적 고통을 호소하고 있음에도, 여전히 정책은 불완전하고, 인식 수준은 낮습니다. 우리는 사람들에게 자격을 갖춘 심리상담소를 소개함으로서 고객이 전문적인 상담 서비스를 보다 안전한 환경에서 제공 받을 수 있도록 돕고자 하였습니다. ‘서툰 사람’은 한국어로 ‘아직 익숙하지 않거나 능숙하지 못한 사람’을 일컫습니다. ‘누구나 서툴게 시작한다.’는 이 서비스의 슬로건이자 힘든 상황에 놓인 사람들에게 보내는 희망과 위로의 메시지입니다. 우리는 사람들에게 따뜻함을 전달하고, 상담에 대한 올바른 방향을 제시하기 위해 노력했습니다. ‘서툰 사람에는 두 캐릭터가 등장합니다.’ 서툰이는 길을 잃고 방황하는 ‘내담자’를, ‘고북이’는 느리지만 끝까지 함께 동행하는 신뢰로운 상담자의 모습을 상징합니다. 이 외에도 따뜻함을 주는 종이 질감, 밤하늘의 서정적인 남색, 손으로 그린 아이콘이 조화롭게 구성되어 있습니다.
