English	The brand identity of Channel A (a Korean broadcasting channel) is "OPEN & CREATIVE CANVAS". The idea of canvas has been expanded to include more value and content The first concept is "Expanded Canvas" The canvas, which had been trapped in the TV, was expanded out of the device to allow visualization of its functions as a graphic element The second concept is "Infinity Canvas" The frame of the canvas, as a criterion of emphasis, gives the two-dimensional plane a sense of depth and space, allowing it to expand indefinitely The canvas visualized not only a simple frame but the concept of "expanding to elements of graphics and standard"
Native	채널A는 2011년 12월 개국한 동아미디어그룹 계열의 대한민국 대표 종합편성채널입니다 ‘OPEN & CREATIVE CANVAS’라는 브랜드 아이덴티티를 중심으로 채널A의 캔버스는 더 많은 가치, 더 다양한 콘텐츠들과 만날 수 있는 무한한 꿈, 세계, 상상, 변화 등을 담을 수 있도록 개념을 확장하였습니다 채널A의 캔버스는 ‘확장’과 ‘무한함’을 핵심 가치로 시각적·기능적 두 가지의 개념을 발현합니다 첫 번째 개념은 “Expanded Canvas”입니다 채널A의 캔버스는 그동안 TV와 같은 디바이스 안에 존재하였습니다 그러나 이제는 갇혀있던 캔버스를 디바이스 밖으로 확장시켜 확대, 변화, 움직임을 통한 그래픽 요소로의 기능을 시각화할 수 있게 하였습니다 두 번째 개념은 “Infinity Canvas”입니다 캔버스의 프레임이 집중과 강조의 기준이 됩니다 또한 Z축의 공간을 생성하는 기준 요소로 확장됩니다. 캔버스는 2차원인 평면에 깊이와 공간감을 부여하여 3차원의 공간으로 발현됨과 동시에 유한함을 무한함으로 확장하는 개념으로도 사용됩니다 이처럼 채널A의 캔버스는 단순한 프레임이 아닌 "그래픽 요소로의 확장"과 "기준 요소로의 확장" 두 가지의 개념 요소를 시각화하였습니다 본질에 충실한 디자인으로 쉽고 직관적인 비주얼 커뮤니케이션을 구축하였습니다
