The centers which must be safe, are being blind spots in crime. The reason for the problem is that special relations arisen from counseling are not understood in Korea, so no legal regulation for counselors and centers,and they are not monitored.To resolve the problems,Seotun-saram service offers information on counseling centers that have confident certification to be seen by customers. And it has a function of writing a review. It also plays a role in monitoring centers.
