English	Welcome kit is NC's welcome and cheering message to the new employee. As it is the first time to experience a brand since joining the company, it is designed to reflect the renewed brand identity and experience the company's value. The newly renewed Welcome Kit offers a series of steps to open the package and take out all the items, allowing you to experience the message that NC wants to deliver. Considering the environment in which IT products are often used, the items are composed of wireless charging mouse pad, USB line cleanup clip, and phone grip talk. Let's hope they will develop infinite possibilities by creating the future of NC.
Native	웰컴키트는 입사 후 처음으로 브랜드를 손으로 접해보는 경험인 만큼 리뉴얼된 엔씨의 아이덴티티를 반영하여 기업의 가치를 경험할 수 있도록 하였다. 웰컴키트를 열고 모든 물품을 꺼내기까지에는 일련의 과정을 통해 엔씨가 전하고자 하는 메시지를 단계적으로 경험할 수 있다. 그 시작으로 케이스 메인 상단에 브랜드 슬로건 “Window to the Future”는 미래에 대한 비전을 제시하겠다는 의지이자 함께 미래로 나아가자는 초대이다. 케이스를 열면 나타나는 “Future Starts Here”는 엔씨에서의 새로운 시작에 대한 설렘을 전한다. 패키지는 단순히 물품을 담는 포장재가 아닌 브랜드 가치를 담는 틀이 되도록 했다. 패키지를 열지 않아도 내용물을 알 수 있도록 메시지와 물품의 아이콘을 상단에 프린팅 하였다. 메시지는 각 물품의 속성과 엔씨의 브랜드 핵심가치를 연결하여 개발했다. 마우스패드에는 “Creativity begins here”가, 노트와 펜에는 “Fill the passion”이 프린트되어 있는 식이다. 모든 물품을 다 꺼낸 뒤에는 패키지의 바닥면에 “Never Ending Challenge”가 프린트되어 있는 것을 발견할 수 있다. 이를 통해 웰컴 키트의 마지막 단계에서 즐거움으로 세상을 연결하고자 하는 도전이 시작되었음을 알린다.
