English	This design case is a reinterpretation of the loft industrial style. With the uninhabited tone of design, refinement and mystery are added to the space, manifesting the spatial implications of simplicity, personality and quality. With the means of full and empty, and dislocation, the spatial imagination is interpreted. With human-oriented core values, the “deduction” design is used. Discarding complicated designs, the loft elements are fused with the office, creating a well-lit and elevated space.
Native	此案原先的空間小且格局畸零，因使用者的數量少，共享空間就顯得極為重要。動線的佈局上，以最有效率的格局規劃架構出寬敞放大且舒適的工作環境，我們善用原始建築挑高六米的條件，佐以loft風的天花裸露，讓欲塑造的工業風自此展開。舊有格局縮限了自然光的流動，為改善採光，我們利用玻璃建材、鐵件鏤空等穿透性設計，讓空氣及光線在室內自由流動，虛實及錯位的手法增添空間意境的層次感。為提供更舒適、人性化的使用環境，特意規劃一座專屬的衛浴空間和功能俱全的小吧台，讓機能融於設計中，賦予環境更多溫度。 整體空間保留部分建築物結構裸露，配搭上鐵件、玻璃、墨暈感地板，讓新舊之間形成強烈的對比及衝擊，激盪出非凡的空間風采，粗曠中佐以細膩的設計巧思，令人驚艷不已。 以人為本的價值核心，採「減法」的設計手法，褪去繁瑣，將loft元素特性融於辦公空間，締造出明亮寬敞且挑高的空間，異材質間的交錯運用，光影變化下的穿透感，虛實的空間量體，堆疊出感性的空間新樣貌，具有溫度的工作場域便油然而生。
