English	Support for social issues have improved with new tools. This has helped better the standard of living. However, are there ways to approach social issues without physical objects? The answer to this question came from people who travelled while doing things they love. They carried with them their unique “play” style and shared it with the world. We felt the name Nomad Charmer fit well. We noticed such travelers had some struggles, but when we shared their stories, many came to help. If we could help them, maybe we can spread more smiles. We decided to reach out to these travelers and designed a community called Nomad Charmer for this purpose.
Native	これまで、社会問題に取り組む支援活動の規模は飛躍的に拡大してきました。支援可能となる物資の幅は広がり、人々の生活水準は少しずつ上がってきています。 しかし、このような物的豊かさが充実しつつある現状に対して、物資以外の側面で私たちができるアプローチはないのでしょうか。 私たちは幸運なことに、こうした問いへの答えを持つ人々と出会うことができました。それはただひたすらに大好きなことをしながら旅をする人々だったのです。彼らはユニークな「遊び」を携え、世界中でその「遊び」をゲリラ展開し、人々に笑顔を繋いでいます。そんな彼らを私たちはNomadCharmer(笑顔を育む旅人)と呼ぶことにしました。 しかし、NomadCharmerと呼べるような旅人達には課題意識があることに気づきました。例えば、トランポリンをもって世界中を旅する「FLYHIGH」のリーダーである石原舞さんは、思うような活動資金の調達が難しいという問題を抱えています。一方で、舞さんの話をしかるべき人にすると、彼女の活動に協力し、是非支援したいという声が多いこともわかりました。彼らをつなげることができれば、もっと世界で笑顔を育むことができたはずです。 これは舞さんだけはでなく、「遊び」を展開し続ける旅人たちにとっての共通の問題意識でした。 そこで、笑顔を育みながら旅をする力をNomadCharmerという職能として体系化し、彼らの橋渡しをするコミュニティをデザインすることにしました。これは、幸福な体験を支援する人々への支援です。
