English	Domestic psychological counseling certifications are 2,806 and almost are easy to be obtained. And opening a counseling center is a report system, so anyone can run it. The centers which must be safe, are being blind spots in crime. The reason for the problem is that special relations arisen from counseling are not understood in Korea, so no legal regulation for counselors and centers,and they are not monitored.To resolve the problems,Seotun-saram service offers information on counseling centers that have confident certification to be seen by customers. And it has a function of writing a review. It also plays a role in monitoring centers.
Native	서툰사람 서비스는 한국의 심리상담시스템의 문제점을 개선하여 소비자가 보다 안전한 환경에서 심리상담서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 합니다. 국내에는 2,806개의 심리상담자격증이 존재하며 이 중 상당수가 쉽게 취득이 가능합니다. 또한 심리상담소 개소는 허가제가 아닌 신고제로 누구나 심리상담소를 운영할 수 있습니다. 이로 인해 가장 위로받고 안전해야 할 심리상담소가 각종 범죄의 사각지대로 전락하고 있습니다. 문제의 원인은 한국에서는 심리상담에서 발행하는 특별권력관계나 위계를 이해하지 못해 심리상담소와 상담사에 대한 법적인 제재가 없고 관리 감독도 제대로 이루어지지 않고 있습니다. 서툰사람 서비스는 이러한 문제를 개선하기 위해 공신력 있는 자격증을 지닌 상담소에 대한 정보만 기재하며 이러한 정보를 소비자가 볼 수 있도록 오픈하였습니다. 또한 리뷰기능을 탑재하여 상담소에 대한 정보를 공유가 가능하고 이는 상담소에 대한 자연스러운 관리감독 기능까지 수행합니다.
