English	Adult Children Conference is a conference that promotes the importance of a stable family and provides psychological counseling. An adult child is a word for a child who grew up in an unstable family and was not loved. Adults perceive themselves as worthless beings with alienation, tension, distrust, and low self-esteem. This book is designed to help adults with psychological counseling. Participants can identify their deficient mind through the test book in a quantified visual form, and as a result, the counselor can identify the direction and improvements of the consultation.
Native	Adult Children Conference는 안정적인 가정의 중요성을 알리고, 심리상담을 돕는 콘퍼런스입니다. 이 책은 성인 아이와 가정을 대상으로 심리상담을 돕는 보조도구로 만들어졌습니다. 성인 아이는 알코올 중독 부모가 있거나, 학대, 이혼 등을 겪은 가정에서 자라 사랑을 받지 못한 자녀를 지칭하는 단어입니다. 하지만 현대에 와서 핵가족, 맞벌이 가정과 같은 자녀와 정서적 교류가 되지 않는 가정의 형태 또한 해당하게 됩니다. 성인 아이로 자란 사람은 소외감, 완벽주의, 긴장감, 불신, 낮은 자존감 등 결핍된 심리를 갖고, 자신을 무가치한 존재로 인지합니다. 내담자는 성인 아이 테스트 북을 통해서 결핍된 자신의 마음을 수치와 시각적 형태로 확인할 수 있고, 상담자는 그 결과를 통해 상담의 방향과 개선점을 파악할 수 있습니다. 성인 아이의 결핍된 감정은 부정적 콤플렉스로 왜곡됩니다. 콤플렉스는 가정적 콤플렉스, 신체적 콤플렉스, 사회적 콤플렉스, 학업적 콤플렉스로 총 4가지로 분류할 수 있습니다. 4가지의 콤플렉스를 바탕으로 제작된 책은 각 콤플렉스에 해당하는 질문이 50개씩 있습니다. 내담자는 진단을 통해 자신이 가진 콤플렉스의 왜곡 정도와 자존감의 견고도를 확인할 수 있습니다. 그 결과는 심리치료와 상담을 돕는 보조 역할을 합니다.
