English	People invest in fund products expecting high yields to prepare for their retirement, but they actually end up joining without knowing what the fund is like. We wanted to explain our fund to those customers more easily. The ‘Smart Leaflet’ is designed with illustrated images so that our clients can learn about the funds in an enjoyable way as they read through. Moreover, we also deliver brand identity by building consistent visual identity in using brand color, font, and images. In addition, clients can now easily understand the fund anytime, anywhere through Smart Replets without having to visit the branch office.
Native	사람들은 노후를 준비하기 위해 재테크를 하지만 예적금 수익률은 현저히 낮습니다. 때문에 보다 높은 수익을 기대하며 펀드에 투자하지만, 대부분은 해당 펀드가 과연 어떤 특징이 있는지 등 잘 알지 못하는 상태에서 가입하게 됩니다. 저희는 우리회사를 믿고 투자하는 고객분들을 위해 각각의 펀드를 좀더 쉽게 설명해드리고 싶었습니다. 또한 이제까지는 고객들이 영업시간 내에 판매사를 방문해서 설명을 듣고나서야 해당 펀드에 대해 어렴풋이 이해할 수 있었다면, 이제는 문자와 모바일 메신저 등을 통해 전달된 ‘스마트리플렛’을 통해서 언제 어디서나 펀드에 대해 쉽게 이해할 수 있습니다. 일러스트 이미지를 위주로 사용하여 고객의 눈높이에 맞게 제작된 ‘스마트리플렛’은 펀드에 대해 쉽고 재미있게 이해할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 브랜드 컬러 및 전용서체, 일러스트 사용에 있어 완성도 높고 일관된 아이덴티티를 구축하여 브랜드 아이덴티티를 전달하고자 하였습니다. 우리는 고객 편의성을 높이는 과정 자체도 디자인이라는 관점으로 접근하여 ‘스마트리플렛’을 제작했습니다. 부족한 정보는 홈페이지의 펀드 상세정보로 바로 이동하여 확인할 수 있으며, 고객지원센터 전화 연결 기능을 추가하여 상담원에게 보다 자세한 설명을 들을 수도 있습니다.
