The design is to integrate the cutter,baler,and medium-size truck into one piece.Pickup, the middle part, picks up the straws processed by the cutter.The straws are conveyed internally to the baler to be baled.The stacking,loading,and unloading of the baled straw are then realized by the three-dimensional action of the mechanical arm.The forage baler works more efficient and fewer vehicles are required in the process,thanks to this design that cutting and baling are processed simultaneously and baling,loading,unloading are processed in one truck.

随着人类社会的不断进步以及环保意识的增强，近年来国家已全面禁止秸秆在农田中焚烧，对于其生物质能回收利用愈加重视。秸秆作为一种生物资源，可作为新能源的材料，在汽化后可转化成CO,CH4,H2等优质燃料，供给工业生产；经处理后，秸秆同样可作为优质肥料反田。国家对于批量化成规模的秸秆回收有较大需求。但由于缺乏合适的机械，农民处理仍剩余在农田里的秸秆与草料类作物的茎秆较为棘手，且目前秸秆回收需动用多种农业机械先后入田作业，回收效率低，成本高。目前社会急需一种可以有效提高农民回收秸秆等草料青贮类作物作业效率的农业机械。本次设计将切割机，打捆机与中型卡车整合为一体，中部捡拾器捡拾切割机切割后秸秆作物，通过内部传送装置与打捆机构实现草料成捆，并通过机械臂三维动作实现堆垛与装卸草捆。本次设计中切割与打捆同步进行，打捆与装卸一车作业，有效提高目前草料打捆机工作效率，并避免在整个环节需多个车辆依次入田作业的麻烦。
