This service is an application that provides the stretching information necessary for the body condition of the user with alarm function to follow it easily in busy daily life.
Native	많은 시간 같은 자세로 앉아있는 직장인들은 거북목 증후군이나 손목 터널 증후군, 요통 등 자세와 관련 질병을 앓고 있습니다. 하지만 대다수의 사람들은 평소 바쁜 업무로 인한 여유시간 부족을 이유로 일주일에 평균 10분 미만의 시간을 건강 관리에 투자합니다. 따라서 이 서비스는 일상 생활 속에서 바른 자세를 유지하거나 가벼운 스트레칭을 통해 긴장을 완화시키는 등 생활습관을 교정할 수 있도록 어플리케이션 플랫폼을 기반으로, 간단하고 쉽게 따라할 수 있는 스트레칭 및 자세 교정 관련 정보들을 알람 형식으로 전달해 업무 중에도 틈틈이 실천 할 수 있도록 돕습니다.
