English	The concept of LAVENICHE MARCH AVENUE, "Wandering within a exotic scenery" created canal & street mall style retails for the first time in Korea as if you were wandering around a canal city like venice in Italy. Design terrace area to enjoy the front water canal and rhythmical placement of retails invite clients to the canal effortlessly. By utilizing ground level differences, Sunken and opening spots on the rear side of building escort pedestrians to the canal views.
Native	라베니체 마치 에비뉴의 컨셉은 “이국적인 풍경을 거닐다”로, 마치 유럽의 베니스와 같은 차별화된 캐널시티의 풍경을 모티브로, 국내에 없는 새로운 개념의 테마를 가지는 캐널&스트리트 몰 형태의 수변 문화상업시설을 구현하는 것이다. 전면 수로변에 테라스 공간을 최대한 확보하고 리듬있는 배치로 수변 공간의 활용성을 높이고, 대지 후면 도로변에 한 개층의 레벨차이가 나는 부분을 활용하여 선큰(Sunken)과 오프닝 공간을 두어 수로변으로 보행자 접근이 원활하도록 유도하였다. 또한 선형 형태의 블록들을 분절하여 수로 변을 향하여 공간을 열어주어 공원과 녹지를 만들어주고, 블록 전체를 연결하는 수로변의 아케이드(Arcade)와 지상 층에 입체 보행로를 계획하여 전체 대지의 흐름을 이어주는 원활한 보행자 동선을 구축하였다.
