English	This is an old building reconstruction project, from the reconstruction design of the building facade to the room hard decoration design to the whole soft decoration design and implementation are all designed by us, so at the beginning of the design, we have the expectation to keep it forever. Thinking about how to solve the problem of sustainable utilization after the completion of the function of Sales Office determines the final presentation of our sales office. We hope that it can serve as a place with real social function, a "city art exhibition hall with book bar function", and activate people's participation in activities here.
Native	这是一个老建筑改造工程，从建筑立面的改造设计到室内硬装修设计再到整个软装修的设计和实施都是我们自己设计的，所以在设计之初，我们就希望永远保留下去。关于如何解决售楼处职能完成后的可持续利用问题的思考，决定了我们售楼处的最终呈现。我们希望它能成为一个真正具有社会功能的地方，一个具有书吧功能的城市艺术展览馆，激活人们在这里的参与活动。基地位于城市界面的交叉口，考虑到建筑物本身的体量限制，我们在转角将这个建筑物雕塑化。利用灯光加强它的标识性。建筑与城市主干道只有5m 距离，室内空间受城市主干道的噪音影响较大，我们将建筑沿城市主干道的立面采用实墙的方式做为遮挡，但是底部留空保证了采光和一定的界面私密性。靠内侧我们将现有建筑外立面最大限度打开，让阳光撒进室内搭配室外景观，临窗设置了阅读座位区，营造明亮、温馨、舒适的氛围。室内设计部分将传统的书苑功能置入到建筑场所中，接纳当地人进入使用。利用功能的实用性来引导我们编排整个空间。我们希望整个书吧空间在满足功能的同时，能注入情感与温度，增加体验与活力，打造园中学苑的新场所，更贴近这所城市文化故里的历史质感。
