English	The combination of low cost technology and proper design tackle the problems of electricity difficulty and backward learning environment of children from mountainous areas. The annular LED lamp will be on only by shaking the pen up and down for a while when it generates and stores electricity. It can light up the circle of 15 cm from the pen point, which can meet the reading and writing needs of normal textbooks and exercise books in A4 size. The LED lamp will be off after the pen cap is covered. The remaining power can be stored in the battery for further use.
Native	背景：当今中国经济飞速发展，城镇人民生活水平不断进步。但在中国的偏远山区和欠发达地区生活的儿童，由于教育资源的匮乏和硬件条件的不足，加之经济萎靡父母观念落后等诸多人文社会经济因素共同作用下，当地儿童及青少年的学习环境和物资支持仍旧徘徊在较低水平上。很多大山里的孩子由于基础建设落后甚至没电可用，只能用煤油或烛火来写作业学习。这种硬件条件上的落后更加拉大了教育结果的不公：如果我们连孩子们安心写作业的环境都无法保障，那又如何期待更多山里的孩子通过知识改变命运？这是一支适合贫困地区儿童使用，通过自发电从而照亮笔下区域的学习笔。将低成本技术结合恰到好处的设计，解决了贫困地区儿童用电难以及学习环境落后等诸多问题。使用时只需上下摇晃一会儿，待产生并储存好足够电量后，笔头部分的环状LED节能灯即可发光照明。照明区域集中在笔头为中心的15cm半径范围里，基本满足普通A4尺寸的教材和作业本的书写和阅读需求。当盖上笔帽，LED环形灯即关闭，剩余电力储存在内部电池中方便再次使用。
