English	SAPE stands for Safety Accident Prevention Equipment. It is modularly attached to the chin strap of a safety helmet that workers must wear to prevent safety accidents. It detects the wear of a safety helmet and if an emergency is detected, it sends an alert to the manager. The product is linked to smartphone applications, and the application includes various convenient functions such as monitoring working environment (fine dust, weather, disaster alert), send notification and messenger functions in industrial sites. It is also possible to apply to smart mobility markets and delivery service markets that require safety helmets.
Native	SAPE는 ‘Safety Accident Prevention Equipment’의 약자를 따서 만든 제품명으로, 안전모의 착용을 감지하고 작업환경을 모니터링하여 산업 현장의 안전사고를 예방하는 IoT 제품입니다. 이 제품은 근로자들이 안전사고 예방을 위해 필수적으로 착용해야 하는 안전모의 턱 끈에 모듈형으로 부착되어 안전모의 착용 감지 기능과 긴급상황을 자체 감지하여 현장 관리자에게 위험 알림을 보내는 역할을 수행합니다. 스마트폰 애플리케이션과 한 세트를 이루고 있으며, 애플리케이션은 근로자 작업환경(미세먼지, 날씨, 재난경보)의 모니터링과 산업 현장 내부 공지 및 메신저 기능 등 다양한 편의 기능을 포함하고 있습니다. 기존 고가의 일체형 스마트헬멧들에 비해 탈부착이 가능한 모듈형의 설계로 경제성을 보유하고 있으며, 안전모를 착용하였음에도 턱 끈을 체결하지 않아 발생하는 안전사고를 예방합니다. 실제 산업 현장에서 수집된 근로자 행동 패턴과 위험요소들에 대한 정보를 바탕으로 제품의 외관과 기능이 설계되었으며, 수차례의 프로토타이핑과 사용테스트를 통하여 높은 편의성을 구현하였습니다. 또한 산업 현장뿐만 아니라 안전모 착용이 의무화된, 스마트 모빌리티 시장과 배달 대행 서비스(오토바이) 시장에도 적용이 가능한 확장 가능성을 가지고 설계했습니다.
