English	In the construction and carpentry, we will meet the problem of measuring the inclination angle inconveniently. Omnipotent tape ’s design uses the principle that liquid can keep horizontal state. Angle scales are engraved on the tape’s both sides’ cylindrical transparent plastic boxes, half of which is equipped with color oily liquid. When we use the tapeline to measure tilted objects, tapeline is tilted while the liquid level keeps horizontal. The angle that the liquid’s level pointed to is just the object’s inclination angle. So it can easily get the inclination angle.
Native	在建筑施工和木工制作中，会遇到对倾斜角度不方便进行测量的问题。有时候我们很难用卷尺拉出水平的线，而且我们难以检查物体表面是否水平。在建筑工地或木匠手艺时，我们会遇到物体角度不方便测量的问题。在缺少工具时我们很难确定物体是否垂直，而且在测量高度时不确定卷尺保持竖直，影响测量准确度。多功能卷尺设计利用液体表面保持水平的原理。在卷尺两侧有圆柱形透明塑料盒上刻有角度标尺，里面装有一半彩色油性液体。当卷尺测量倾斜物体时，卷尺倾斜但液体水平面保持水平不变。水平面所指向的刻度就是物体的倾斜角度。这样就可以轻松得出倾斜角度。同时，多功能卷尺可以应用在检查物体表面水平或者垂直方面也非常简单和方便。利用液体表面保持水平的原理，可以轻松测量物体倾斜角度、水平和垂直的状态。它以简单的原理解决了生活中的大问题。
