English	MCM wanted to deliver a new brand image to the MZ generation. Therefore, GIANTSTEP built the XR zone where people can experience the virtual universe of MCM at the MCM store in real life. MCM VIRTUAL STAGE offers a variety of virtual runway experiences depending on guest's choice. When step on the walking pad on the stage after selecting the sound, a real-time lighting show is produced, and MCM's virtual universe, which is implemented with ultra-high definition, unfolds on a large media wall on the stage. This project was a meaningful attempt to experience the brand's metaverse not only online but also at an offline store.
Native	MCM은 창립 45주년 이벤트로 큐빅 모노그램 컬렉션 출시와 함께 '메타버스'를 주제로 MCM의 가상 세계를 현실에서 함께 경험이 가능한 피지털(Physital) 체험 공간을 구축하고자 하였습니다. 자이언트스텝은 큐빅 모노그램의 컨셉을 MCM 메타버스 세계관이 담긴 가상 세계 콘텐츠로 제작하였고, 이를 배경으로 가상 공간을 걸어보는 MCM VIRTUAL STAGE를 기획하였습니다. MCM VIRTUAL STAGE는 나의 선택에 따라 다양한 분위기의 버추얼 런웨이 경험이 가능합니다. 사운드 선택 후 무대 위 워킹 패드에 올라서면 라이팅 쇼가 실시간 연출되며, 초고화질의 MCM의 가상 세계가 무대 위 대형 미디어 월에 펼쳐집니다. 체험 과정은 실시간 영상으로 제공되어 나만의 버추얼 런웨이 무비를 간직하고 SNS에 공유할 수 있습니다. 자이언트스텝은 XR 스튜디오 구축 노하우를 활용해 일반 브랜드 매장에도 도입 가능한 XR 라이브 솔루션을 선보였습니다. 브랜드 헤리티지를 함께 녹여내고자 XR 체험존 총괄 기획, 가상 콘텐츠 제작, 설치, 미디어 통합 솔루션을 진행하였습니다. 위 프로젝트는 메타버스 체험이 온라인뿐만 아니라 오프라인 매장에서도 동시 체험이 가능할 수 있는 국내 최초 사례로 의미 있는 시도였으며 성황리에 운영을 마칠 수 있었습니다.
