Beebie, a compound word for bee and Newbie, aims to provide low-cost, personalized guidance services, just like the bees that manage the groups and live efficient lives, to participants living in a digital age with diverse backgrounds. Chatbot Beebie helps participants from various countries get conference-related details and share photos of the conference, using the language they choose. Chatbot also provides effective registration guidance, recommendations for areas of interest, questions about speakers, and networking.
Native	MICE 시장이 커짐에 따라 아시아 일대에 다양한 규모의 콘퍼런스가 개최되고 있으며 다양한 국적의 참가자들을 위한 맞춤형 경험 제공이 필요한 상황입니다. bee와 Newbie의 합성어인 Beebie는 무리 지어 효율적인 생활을 하는 벌들과 같이 콘퍼런스 기간 다양한 국적을 가진 디지털 세대의 참가자들이 편리하게 콘퍼런스를 경험하고 개인 맞춤형 안내 서비스를 효율적으로 제공하려는 목적이 담겨 있습니다. 이 앱의 주요기능은 다음과 같습니다. 1 각국의 참가자들이 원하는 언어에 따라 콘퍼런스 섹션의 시간과 장소, 강의자, 강의 내용과 같은 상세 내용을 확인할 수 있으며 피드를 통해 콘퍼런스에 대한 메모나 사진을 남길 수 있습니다. 2 챗봇 Beebie를 통하여 원활한 콘퍼런스 등록을 안내받을 수 있으며, 로그인에 연동된 SNS 정보를 통하여 관심 분야의 섹션을 추천받을 수 있습니다. 3, 챗봇 Beebie를 통해 실시간으로 섹션에 대한 질문을 입력하고 질문을 모아 강연자에게 전달할 수 있으며 설문조사를 실시간으로 진행할 수 있습니다. 4. 마지막으로 다양한 국적의 사람 중에서 만나길 희망하는 직군의 사람들과 메시지를 주고받을 수 있으므로 네트워킹이 용이합니다.
