English | In the era of pandemic, it’s been difficult to have a warm meal face to face. Samsung Card wanted to cheer its followers up and help local farmers who were blocked from selling local produces. We developed the event which provides SNS followers with a fresh harvested rice saying ‘Samsung Card Feeds you’. Consumers participated the event by tagging three friends who want to give regards and are drawn for 300 winners. It led 352 thousand exposures on social media and 19 top influencers posted with 11thousand ‘likes’. 5 major dailies highly appreciated helping the local farmers. Currently followers have doubled from the beginning of the year. |
Native | 2020년 팬데믹 시대. 사랑하는 지인들과 얼굴 보며 마음 편하게 밥 한끼 먹기 힘든 한해였다. 삼성카드는 소셜미디어 팔로워들에게 따뜻한 쌀밥 한공기로 몸과 마음을 위로하고 싶었다. 코로나19로 판매가 어려운 경기도 농가를 돕고자 이천과 여주 지역 농부가 생산한 햅쌀을 갓 도정해서 신선하고 맛있는 쌀을 제공하는 삼성카드 SNS이벤트를 기획했다. ‘삼카가 밥 먹여줍니다’라는 문구의 상자를 열면 보이는 고품질 쌀 패키지 위에 각각 ‘끼니 거르지 말자’, ‘대충 먹지 말자’, ‘혼자 먹지 말자’ 등의 유쾌한 메시지를 담았다. 삼성카드 SNS 이벤트 게시물 댓글로 끼니를 챙겨주고 싶은 친구 3명을 태그하고 안부 인사를 전하면 추첨을 통해 총 300명을 선정, 팔로팔로미 박스를 제공하며, 팔로워들의 참여를 이끌었다. 본 이벤트는 SNS에 총 35.2만회 노출되었으며 19인의 인플루언서가 포스팅하여 좋아요 11,739회, 댓글 407개의 공유 확산 결과를 도출하였다. 지역 농가를 돕는 기업 상생 활동은 5개 매체에 크게 보도되어 PR value 또한 높았고, 진정성있는 브랜드 커뮤니케이션을 통해 삼성카드 계정의 팔로워 수도 연초 대비 현재 2배 증가되었다. |
