| English | Momom is a smart device that helps beginner meditators achieve wellness without the need for a special place or the help of a professional instructor. Momom helps meditation by focusing on visual experiences through light. I call this'light healing practice'. The light healing technique is to fall into the world of meditation by concentrating on meditating naturally observing changes of light. When Momom is gentle on the user's eyes and shoots a variety of colors of light, the user can focus on observing light changes naturally by varying the color according to the intensity of the eyelid force. |
| Native | Momom(몸마음)은 초보 명상가들이 특별한 장소나 전문적인 강사의 도움 없이도 웰니스를 달성할 수 있도록 도와주는 스마트 디바이스이다. Momom(몸마음)은 빛을 통한 시각적 경험에 집중하여 명상을 돕는다. 나는 이것을 '빛 힐링 수련법'이라고 부른다. 빛 힐링 수련법은 명상가가 자연스럽게 빛의 변화를 관찰하는 것에 집중함으로써 명상의 세계에 빠지는 것이다. 몸마음이 사용자의 감긴 눈 위로 잔잔하고 다양한 색의 빛을 쏘게 되면, 사용자는 눈꺼풀 힘의 강약에 따라 색깔을 다양하게 봄으로써 자연스럽게 빛의 변화를 관찰하는 것에 집중하면 된다. |
