PROF. BAO HAIMO

Bao Haimo received a B.S. degree in Industrial Design from Harbin Engineering University in 2000 and an M.S. degree in Industrial Design from Jiangnan University in 2003. In 2004, he served as a visiting scholar at the Academy of Arts & Design, Tsinghua University. Since 2003, he has been working at the School of Design, Dalian Minzu University, where he currently holds the position of dean. His research focuses on designing and developing original products based on core technology and exploring intelligent children’s toys. Currently, he holds 6 invention patents and more than 300 utility model patents. Over the years, Bao Haimo has led his team, BHMO Design, in the field of industrial design. They have received numerous awards in international design competitions, including IDEA (2 Golden awards, 8 Bronze awards, and 92 Finalists awards), Red-Dot Concept Award (4 Best of Best awards, and 57 Red-Dot awards), and iF Design Concept (10 Best awards, 2 Special Awards, and 22 Top awards).
包海墨于2000年从哈尔滨工程大学获得工业设计学士学位，并于2003年从江南大学获得工业设计硕士学位。2004年，他在清华大学艺术与设计学院担任访问学者。自2003年以来，他一直在大连民族大学设计学院工作，目前担任院长一职。他的研究重点在于基于核心技术设计和开发原创产品，并探索智能儿童玩具。目前，他已经取得6项发明专利和300多项实用新型专利。这些年来，包海墨一直领导他的团队BHMO Design，从事工业设计领域的工作。他们在国际设计竞赛中获得了许多奖项，包括IDEA奖（2项金奖，8项铜奖和92项入围奖），红点概念奖（4项最佳奖和57项红点奖），以及iF设计概念奖（10项最佳奖，2项特别奖和22项顶级奖）。
