SR. DESIGN MANAGER. KYU LEE

Kyu Lee is the Senior Manager of Industrial Design at SharkNinja Operating LLC in Boston, USA. With over 11 years of professional experience as an industrial designer, he has developed and released more than 20 products to the market. These products are currently being sold in major retail stores across the US and around the world. Kyu Lee has focused on developing consumer products in various categories, including headphones, earbuds, speakers, car mounts, chargers, hair dryers, cordless vacuums, and more, within multiple design and corporate organizations. He received a B.I.D in Industrial Design from Pratt Institute in 2011 and has earned multiple awards from Red Dot Design and CES.
현재 미국 보스턴에 위치한 '상어 닌자샤크닌자'에서 제품디자인 부서 시니어 매니저로 재직 중이며, 2011년 Pratt Institute에서 제품디자인을 전공한 후 십여 년간 뉴욕과 보스턴에 위치한 Consumer Product 회사에서 제품디자이너로 일해왔다. 그동안 디자인했던 충전기, 헤드폰, 스피커, 무선 청소기, 로봇청소기 등등 다수의 제품이 미국을 비롯한 전 세계 시장에 출시되어 소비자들의 사랑을 받았고 레드닷을 비롯해 여러 차례의수 차례의 상어워드 수상 경력이 있으며 10여 개의 미국 디자인 특허를 소유하고 있다. 2014년부터 2017년까지 중소기업진흥원 USA, 창업지원 프로그램에 멘토 및 세미나 강사로 초청되어 창업자들을 위한 교육에 참여했고, 2023년 Lemonade Story를 설립하여 미국의 세일즈 랩 파트너와 함께 한국 중소기업들의 제품들을 미국 시장에 연결하는 일을 시작했다.
