English	With the human settlement concept of "living between mountains and rivers first", the whole exterior building returns to the local culture of the site, and responds to the call of modern human settlement culture of living between mountains and rivers with the breakthrough point of the spiritual demand of space. The interior design continues the concept of high mountains and flowing water in building, takes the growth of all things as the design inspiration source, retains the natural theme elements, explores the natural context of Kunming, narrows the distance between nature and city.
Native	在阳光城昆明文澜东方销售中心的设计中，设计师深入挖掘城市脉络、洞悉当下生活方式，在去风格化的设计中建立最合理的空间功能逻辑，意图营造一个城市与自然共生的空间，诠释当代艺术美学新主张。项目整体的外建筑以“居山水之间者为上”的人居理念，回归场地本身的当地文化，以空间对精神需求为切入点，回应现代山水人居文化的呼唤。室内设计延续建筑高山流水的概念，以万物生长为设计灵感来源，保留自然主题元素，挖掘昆明城市自然脉络，将自然与城市的距离拉近，赋予空间独特、细腻且美好的感官体验。售楼部室内效果注重与建筑整体效果和细节的统一，且为实现项目的可持续性，在设计之初就考虑了建筑在销售功能结束后与商超功能相结合，机电设备点位提前落实，必要的空间提前做条件预留等，为后期还原创造条件。
