English	[Absolute W] Welcome Financial Group gives calendar and diary sets as gifts to employees and customers every year. Employees as well as customers look forward to sets with new concept as they start the new year. Because not only customers, but also employees are very important for the company growing, We wanted our employees to be able to work with a more positive mind and feel proud of the company. Welcome Financial Group has been using the initial W as a symbol since its founding, and because employees also recall W first, we created branding that would make W feel impressive.
Native	[Absolute W] 웰컴금융그룹은 직원들과 VIP 고객들에게 매년 달력과 다이어리 세트를 선물로 증정한다. 직원들은 물론, 고객들은 새해를 시작할 때 새롭고 재미있는 컨셉이 담긴 세트를 기대한다. 기업 외부의 고객 뿐 아니라, 내부의 직원들은 기업이 성장하는데 매우 중요하기 때문에, 우리 직원들이 보다 긍정적인 마음으로 회사에 자부심을 느끼며 일할 수 있기를 바랐다. 웰컴금융그룹은 창립 이래 줄곧 이니셜 W를 상징으로 사용해 왔고, 직원들 또한 W를 가장 먼저 떠올리기 때문에 W를 인상적으로 느낄수 있는 브랜딩을 하였다.
