English	Our AZ is a cultural festival where foreigners can learn about the cultural background of Korea's age culture and relationalism, as well as systematic title and honorific. And it reminds us that Koreans ask for age to express affection and respect in relationships using correct title and honorific. Our AZ symbolizes the age-conscious Koreans through the annaul rings and cones of the Korean fir, and expresses Koreans sharing affection and respect in relationships through cone spreading dozens of seed. They offers two books, and you can learn about the age, honorofic, and appellation of Korea by turning the ring on the package containing books.
Native	한국인에게 나이는 어떤 의미일까. 한국인들이 처음 만난 누군가에게 나이를 물어보는 것에 대해 외국인들은 의아해하며 당혹감을 느끼기도 한다. 유달리 관계성을 중요시하는 우리에게 나이는 관계 형성에 있어 가장 중요한 요소로 작용한다. Our AZ는 외국인들이 한국의 나이 문화와 관계주의에 대한 문화적 배경부터 그에 따른 한국의 다양한 호칭과 체계적인 높임법까지 배워 볼 수 있는 문화제이다. 나아가 한국인이 나이를 물어보는 것은 적절한 호칭과 높임법을 사용하여 무수한 관계 속에서 서로에게 애정과 존중을 표현하기 위한 것임을 일깨워 준다. Our AZ의 그래픽 메타포는 '나이테'와 구상나무의 열매 '구과'이다. 나이를 직관적으로 표현할 수 있는 나이테와 한국 토종식물 구상나무의 열매인 구과의 형태적 특징을 통해 나이를 중시하고 수많은 관계를 맺으며 살아가는 한국인을 상징하는 요소로 활용하였고, 구과가 퍼뜨리는 수 십 개의 씨앗을 통해 관계 속에서 애정과 존중을 나누는 한국인의 모습을 표현하였다. Our AZ는 두 권 책자를 제공하며, 책자를 담는 패키지 위의 나이테를 직접 돌려보며 한국의 세 가지 나이 셈법, 높임법, 호칭에 관한 정보를 보고 익힐 수 있다.
