English	The project follows Wuhan Optics Valley’s requirements for the appearance of unban architecture. The style of metropolitan facade is applied to the overall design, which responds to the urban revitalization of surrounding cities and further improves the temperament of Optics Valley Sub-district. The community takes full use of large landscape resources on the east and west sides, making it immersed in green atmosphere. The project enjoys multi-dimensional and layered spatial relationship, finally realizing the system of 5 integrated spaces.
Native	项目位于武汉光谷中心城区，地处东湖新技术开发区。东至商务商业区，大型城市公园绿地，西至九峰国家森林公园，拥有极致辽阔的绿色景观资源。 坐拥两大公园体系，地处未来光谷CBD核心，携大师集大成，光谷中心城汲取周围各大业态，成为光谷地标性建筑群落，至尊宝地，尊享美誉，都市城区。 1、项目采用“街区营造”的开放性规划布局理念，坚持以人为本，以城市为核心，以自然为资源的设计理念，将单点的七大地块串联起来形成大片城市社区 2、城市中的后花园，社区利用东西两侧大型景观资源，结合设计本身使得小区充分渗透了绿色气息。通透的视线，起伏的天际线，让居住者身临其境的感受社区一步一景的意境感受，节能环保的生态城区。 3、多维度，多层级的空间关系：一级界面，主要城市公共界面；二级界面，街区公共形象界面；三级界面，街区内半开放生活界面；四级界面，街区内私密界面。对标国际社区+文化上对标的国际生活，打造都市中心区精品生活街区。 4、五大空间体系：1，西南侧售楼处的气质形象空间为社区打开主题界面，也为社区的天际空间完整呈现了塌陷空间的感觉。2，东南侧幼儿园的主要教育核心，展示社区文化内涵及极强的昭示性。3，以社区主次轴线衔接上，以运动休闲为主题，为社区居民塑造运动空间，呈现社区线性运动公园的主题设计。4，社区中轴中心区域，以文化广场，街角公园为主，为社区居民创造中央文化广场，展现活力色彩凸显文化内涵。5，在社区尽端次轴上以风尚街角为主题，提供良好的邻里交流空间，家庭休闲场所,注重居民日常生活品质。
