It connects eight iconic Hualien landscapes in a continuous strip, each scene telling its own story. Starting at Hualien Port's Happy Mailbox, the journey passes through rice fields, wind power stations, hot springs, and ends with a sunset view at Qixingtan. This voucher encourages environmental protection and a love for Hualien, ensuring its beauty endures.
Native	這份花蓮生活物資券的設計旨在為花蓮縣內有需要的民眾提供實質幫助，同時融入獨特的美景插畫，以激發人們對於生活的熱情和對於自然的敬畏。 這不僅是一份物資券，更像是一份花蓮的探索攻略。美景以長條連續不間斷的插畫形式呈現，串連8個花蓮美景，不管從上到下或者從下到上或單獨觀看，都別有故事性。 從花蓮港的幸福郵筒開始，青鳥信使信天翁開始送信傳遞幸福，一路飛過玉里稻田、花蓮第一座風力基地台、再到隨處可見得低地溫泉，偶遇花蓮縣縣鳥”朱鸝鳥“、串連城與鄉山與海的莒光號、太魯閣的壯闊深谷與吊橋，再到奇萊連峰上偶遇花蓮「奇萊山神獸-台灣水鹿」，最後騎著自行車來到知名的七星潭欣賞日落，寫下完美的旅程。 我們希望人們能夠更加關注自然環境的保護，尊重和珍惜這片美麗的土地， 讓這份花蓮生活物資券不僅具有實用價值，更是一份對於花蓮的愛與熱情的表達，使花蓮的美得以永續。
