English	The project reimagined as an integrated Industry park from the large pharmaceutical production plant. We organically integrated 3 new buildings to the existing architecture with regard to aesthetic style and space and reoriented spatial functions of the site to focus more on R&D rather than production that pay greater attention to perception and behavior of people from an architectural perspective.
Native	华润生命科学园地处中国北京大兴区，占地42.7万平米。园区规划早期定位为大型医药生产厂房，随着北京城市总体规划的重大调整，项目被重新定位为“工业4.0时代”的产学研用一体化园区，即：一个开放、智能、人性的“生态+生产+生活”综合体。弘石设计担纲项目整体规划与建筑方案设计工作。 经调整后的产业园区形成“一轴，一环，多组团”的规划格局，在场地中央轴线上以一个巨大的连续下沉广场，向周边延伸连接各个地块的下沉空间；并以地面的生活“乐享环”串接各个地块，打造园区的生活服务配套体系；各组团内部的建筑则以空中连桥、连廊等相互贯通连接。 科学园的启动区位于基地东北侧，原规划为南北各三栋“兵营式”布局的厂房，其中北侧三栋厂房及220m长的动力管廊已竣工。这种传统冰冷的工业建筑，让使用者产生排斥感，不利于园区与城市的融合，我们将三栋新建筑与既有建筑在风格和空间上有机融合，空间功能从生产型向研发型转变，从建筑尺度上更关注人的感受与行为。 由于北侧三栋既有建筑体量过于巨大，我们将原有体块划分为横向三段式，削减厂房的尺度，以1500mm为半径，把墙体的两端向外弯折，形成弧形凸窗的母题，经过排列组合和异化变形，使外立面造型更富戏剧性。新建建筑中，西侧建筑的二、三层被调整为L型布局，与北侧建筑限定入口空间；中间的建筑则尽量贴临街道布置，最大化退让出中央庭院；东侧建筑通过异化变形，在城市界面营造街角广场，在园区内部打造景观视线的底景。一种关于限定及围合的空间构图已然呈现，改造与新建建筑之间的矛盾得以化解。
